JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
As a Dynamic Revenue Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance manager to drive profitability and achieve revenue targets. You will utilize your exceptional organizational and analytical skills to assist in various revenue management tasks and contribute to the overall success of the department. This is a remote position with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
2. Forecasting: Assist in developing accurate revenue forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors.
3. Pricing Optimization: Support the team in determining optimal pricing strategies across different products/services to maximize revenue.
4. Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors' pricing strategies and market positioning to make informed recommendations.
5. Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on revenue performance, key metrics, and actionable insights for senior management.
6. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency gains within the revenue management workflow.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing/social media, and finance to align revenue management strategies with broader business goals.
8. Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in revenue management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
9. Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the revenue management team.


Qualifications:
1. Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field experience.
2. Proven experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or related areas.
3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
5. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
6. Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
7. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different time zones.
8. Familiarity with revenue management software and tools (e.g., revenue management systems, pricing optimization software) is a bonus.
9. Prior experience in the holiday lettings or property management sector is desirable.
