Job Description:
As an Omni-Channel Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving direct-to-consumer, ecommerce, and lead generation success. Your primary responsibility will involve developing and executing multi-channel strategies across Meta ads, Google AdWords, TikTok, and
Responsibilities:
Report to the Senior Account Director on strategy development, campaign performance, and participate in client account management activities.
Lead discussions with clients on strategy, tactics, and performance during status calls.
Develop high-converting creative strategies for paid social, manage the creative process, and QA deliverables.
Execute multi-channel campaign strategies, conduct regular performance analysis, and proactively optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in campaigns.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates, insights, and recommendations for campaign optimization and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Expertise in Meta ads, Google AdWords, TikTok, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp.
Client-facing experience and availability Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm Eastern.
Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Experience working remotely, with a high level of accountability and professionalism.
Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
Preferred: Previous experience in an account management role and expertise in copywriting.
