About the Employer:
You will work for a specialized marketing consultancy and creative agency catering to Medical Device companies. Our mission is to assist corporate executives in achieving their marketing goals by crafting and implementing comprehensive strategies, spanning from product inception to market launch, along with ongoing commercial assistance.

Objectives of this role:
You will oversee the seamless execution of all projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Managing Upgrade to see actual info Project Management Boards
- Creating New Timelines on Upgrade to see actual info
- Ensuring Project Progress
- Timeline Creation. Work closely with project teams to develop realistic timelines that align with project goals and objectives.
- Administrative tasks with project management around client management from initiation to completion.

Required skills and qualifications:
- High level of proficiency in project management software, particularly Upgrade to see actual info
- Experience as a Project Manager, preferably for an agency
- Experience in working with multiple departments to align project objectives.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable using a time tracker

Nice to have:
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into project planning
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
