As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Guest Service Coordinator.

• Key Responsibilities •

- Welcome guests warmly and assist with smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Enhance property visibility by optimizing titles, descriptions, and amenities for target keywords.
- Manage guest reservations, including processing bookings and handling special requests.
- Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest areas to high standards.
- Actively monitor guest feedback and reviews to enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Promptly address maintenance issues reported by guests.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to prepare rental properties for guest stays.
- Manage payment processing, including rental fees and security deposits.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely billing and payment processing.
- Negotiate and review vendor contracts to maximize cost-efficiency.
- Provide administrative support, including email management and data entry.

• Qualifications •

- Preferably with previous experience in guest services, hospitality, property management or real estate.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with reservation management systems is advantageous.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Zoho One experience is desirable.
