We're a well-established SaaS startup, operating for 12+ years in the customer service industry, and we're looking for a WordPress and Web Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist (Operations Manager) to join our team. As an Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automated systems and processes to optimize efficiency and productivity. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and a deep understanding of critical thinking & prompt engineering with ChatGPT 4 and Gemini. Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement automated systems and processes (Inside Google apps script, inside of WordPress websites, etc.)- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities- Create detailed project plans and timelines (a large portion of the bonus will be tied to how well you are able to execute on a system that helps the company get more streams on Spotify, YouTube, etc.)- Program, test, and troubleshoot automation equipment and software- Monitor and maintain automated systems to ensure optimal performance- Train employees on the use of automated systems (record training videos inside our video platform)- Document processes, procedures, and system configurations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automation engineering or prompt engineering
- Strong knowledge of Google apps script, cPanel, & WordPress
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java (or equal ability to prompt engineer and get GPT4 to give you the same end result if you do not know how to fully code yourself)
- Experience with automation software and tools (Gravity Forms, Gravity Flow, Gravity Perks, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for automation and prompt engineering
