Our CEO is currently seeking a highly dedicated appointment setter/general assistant to efficiently manage leads, handle inquiries, and oversee customer support. This role demands exceptional organizational skills to meticulously manage information, including client details and interests gathered during calls. Proficiency in English and adept writing abilities are essential for promptly crafting professional emails. Emphasizing the significance of organization cannot be overstated – it is imperative for this role. We are seeking an individual committed to long-term growth within our company, as we typically aim for employees to stay with us for 2+ years. Key Responsibilities:

You will play a crucial role in our company's success by supporting our sales and administrative teams. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Appointment Setting: Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to schedule appointments for our sales team.

- Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients and prospects, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation to ensure efficient operations.

- Follow-Up: Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and prospects, and follow up on appointments and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and administrative teams to achieve collective goals and contribute to the company's overall success.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
