--- Responsibilities ---
As a revenue manager you will:
- Be allocated a series of properties that you are responsible for managing revenue.
- Assess properties within the United States to adjust pricing based on occupancy, demand, and other KPIs
- Perform daily adjustments to property rates based on market trends and portfolio goals
- Make analytical decisions
- Work with our revenue management team to make pricing adjustments.

- Fluency in revenue management methodologies
- Understanding of revenue KPIs to gauge performance of property listings
- Strong written and spoken English language
- Independent critical thinking skills and ownership of decision making.
- Wheelhouse or Pricelabs pricing tool knowledge and/or ability to learn quickly.
