Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst/Accountant to join our dynamic
team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis for
our property management operations. This position requires a strong background in accounting or
finance, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and a keen analytical mindset.

Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting:
-Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
-Provide insights into variances and trends to support decision-making.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
-Collaborate with the management team to develop budgets and forecasts.
-Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

3. General Ledger Maintenance:
-Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

4. Expense Management:
- Track and analyze property-related expenses.
-Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.

5. Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor cash flows and liquidity positions.
-Implement strategies to optimize cash management.

6. Financial Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
-Generate ad-hoc financial reports as needed.

7. Compliance and Regulation:
-Stay abreast of relevant accounting standards and regulatory changes.
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific financial regulations.

8. Audit Support:
- Facilitate internal and external audits.
-Prepare audit schedules and respond to audit inquiries.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Financial Analyst experience preferred
? Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables).
? Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
? Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
? Previous experience in property management or real estate finance is a plus.
