We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Human Resource Manager to join our team and support our executives in providing top-notch credit repair services.


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Management (HRM) Specialist with a focus on Organizational Development to join our team in the credit repair industry. As an HRM Specialist - Organizational Development, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining organizational charts, identifying the company's needs, and driving initiatives to build and grow the organization. Primary purpose is too immediate and long-term objectives by reducing risk and increasing ROI.




Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain organizational charts to visualize reporting structures, roles, and responsibilities within the company.
Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and growth within the organization.
Collaborate with department heads and senior management to develop strategic plans for organizational development and growth.
Design and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and performance.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide guidance and support to departmental managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and effective.



Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resource management, with a focus on organizational development. Experience in creating and maintaining organizational charts, conducting needs assessments, and driving initiatives for company growth and development is highly desirable.

Skills: Strong understanding of talent management principles and strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Knowledge: Sound knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Familiarity with workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations. Stay updated on HR trends and emerging practices to ensure organizational competitiveness and effectiveness.

Attributes: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information. Proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for driving organizational growth and development.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Flexibility to evolve with the needs of the organization and implement creative solutions to address challenges and opportunities.
