Online Engraving Machine After-sales Technical Support

Job Responsibilities:
1. Be able to skillfully operate and deeply understand our company's products (engraving machine instrument hardware and software operation);
2. Installation training, able to assist customers online with equipment software/hardware assembly and technical training, with business trips (subsidy included);
3. Serve customers, receive feedback from customers in a timely manner, and handle and solve problems in a timely manner to complete sales target;
4. Self-grow, be able to summarize various problems, properly solve various problems, and improve one's own technical strength.

Job requirements:
1. Must be skilled in operation and understanding of the engraving machine, good conduct, good at communication;
2. Those with experience in instrumentation and electronics, or majors in power electronics, automation, etc. are preferred;
3. Have a down-to-earth and responsible mentality, be able to actively respond to problems, properly solve them, and not shirk;
4. Have teamwork spirit, strong affinity, communication skills, telephone skills and strong customer service awareness;
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and do your best to complete tasks.
