Job Summary:
As our SEO Lead, you're the go-to guru for making our SEO campaigns shine. Your job? Dive into our campaigns, figure out what’s not clicking, and turn it around. You'll handle both new and ongoing projects, using your solid SEO skills and fresh strategies to deliver top-notch results. We're counting on you to be the best at SEO in the team, setting new records and wowing our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Analysis & Optimisation: Get to the bottom of campaigns that aren’t doing well, find out why, and fix them fast.

Strategy Development: Come up with new SEO strategies that align with what our clients need and keep up with the latest trends.

Team Leadership: Guide and motivate our SEO team, creating an environment where everyone is always getting better.

Performance Monitoring: Keep an eye on how campaigns are doing, use data to make them better, and keep everyone informed.

Client Retention: Make our clients so happy with great results that they wouldn’t dream of leaving.

Innovation: Always be on the lookout for new SEO trends, tools, and practices to keep us ahead of the game.

Stakeholder Communication: Be the main point of contact for our clients, keeping them updated and in the loop with clear and friendly communication.

Qualifications:
- Solid SEO background, ideally someone who’s helped grow SEO for big names (like how Airbnb did it).
- Sharp at analyzing data and using it to make smart decisions.
- Great at leading and inspiring a team.
- Know your way around SEO tools (like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and Google Analytics.
- Understand all the ins and outs of search engines, how to climb the rankings, and keep up with SEO best practices.
- Experienced in working closely with clients and tailoring SEO strategies to their needs.
