Real Estate Data Specialist

Quick Home Offer is a growing Real Estate company based in the US looking to expand the team. We are in need of a Data Specialist to help us collect useful and timely information about the market and property information. The day to day tasks will be in assisting the Acquisition and Disposition teams in getting the right data to make informed decisions.

Day to day tasks include but may not be limited to:

- exporting real estate data from software systems
- creating spreadsheets of buyers, title company and agents from existing software systems
- creating automations inside of CRM systems to assist with lead follow up and outreach
- possible outreach tasks via text or email

Expertise should include:

1. Proficiency with data spreadsheets
2. Data scraping and mining
3. CRM Workflow automation (ability to learn)
