Digital Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Digital Operations Manager will lead the company’s digital marketing efforts. He/she should be able to collaborate with different teams/departments and be able to demonstrate excellent digital skills and knowledge of the latest marketing techniques and website trends. He/she will plan and deliver effective digital strategies to achieve the company’s business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
? Lead website marketing strategies and initiatives - including social media marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, UX/UI, retargeting and digital campaign optimization, affiliate outreach 
? Set specific digital objectives and monitors its progress
? Oversee digital projects, including website redesign/creation
? Help launch new products and brands
? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency 
? Suggest new digital platforms and optimization methods to improve customer experience
? Collaborate with the digital marketing team for advertising needs
? Oversee project management tasks to ensure timely completion of projects

Skill Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Digital Head or Operations Manager in an e-commerce set-up
• Proven experience in e-commerce strategy, including defining digital customer experience, business case development, ROI analysis, conversions, brand and tone of voice
• Proficiency in Shopify and/or Wordpress web design platforms.
• Solid experience with online marketing tools and web-based technologies
• Hands on experience with SEO/SEM
• Good understanding of Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills
