Video Editor For YouTube & Instagram (125,000 Followers) Photography Business Education

Hi, I'm looking for a few video editors to help me grow my YouTube & Instagram Accounts.

I'm easy to work with, I never micro-manager, you can work when you want, how you want, I just care about the results: views/engagement/followers/sales. I like to give big bonuses if you get me results :)

Most video editors focus on effects and sounds which I found out is distracting and gets less views. so I'm looking for someone who can keep it simple and focus only on the most interesting things in the videos: an interesting voice over & and visual (ideally what the voice-over speaks about) as most of my content is stories and education.

I have another video editor for Instagram and I pay him $5 a reel, which takes him an hour, so I'm looking to pay someone around that price per hour, or if your prices are more then it needs to be worth it for me.

I might also give you videos to edit for friends of mine who have millions of followers.
