Youtube thumbnail designer

Looking for a youtube thumbnail genius!

I am the CEO of a social media marketing agency that specializes in video content. I currently need 15-20 unique thumbnails made per month, perhaps more over time.

Must be proficient at Mr. Beast style thumbnails or other viral thumbnail styles.

Must be available to work Monday - Friday at 5pm PST
