JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for dedicated account managers to join our team and to ensure our continued success and growth with companies across the world. As an Account Manager, your role entails close collaboration with Hire Digital's Sales teams to acquire new clients, define project scopes, and allocate resources effectively. Serving as the main contact for new clients, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences, enhance our relationships within the Enterprise sector, and handle client escalations when necessary. To succeed in this role, you should possess a robust track record in delivering digital projects.

REQUIREMENTS
- Regularly engage with Enterprise leaders, business owners, hiring managers and Hire Digital sales teams to align on delivery approaches for identified opportunities.
- Collaborate with Hire Digital's Sales teams to acquire new clients.
- Coordinate with Hire Digital's Talent team to identify and secure resources, ensuring the appropriate mix of expertise for each client project.
- Manage a team comprising Hire Digital Marketers, Creative professionals, Sales representatives, and Operations personnel.
- Oversee the execution and delivery of client projects as necessary.
- Generate and implement strategies for new business development.
- Ensure successful project delivery in adherence to Hire Digital's processes, methodologies, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage client expectations and facilitate their active involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with relevant teams at Hire Digital to promptly address any client concerns during engagements.
- Cultivate enduring, trusted advisor relationships with all Hire Digital clients.
- Partner with the Hire Digital Managed Delivery team to oversee project management, time estimation, and resource allocation, including the creation of project plans and resource assessments.
- Prepare revenue forecasts, resource estimates, timesheets, billing details, and regular reports for engagements.
- Maintain ongoing communication with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the first point of contact for new business prospects by handling incoming demos and determining the next steps for each prospect
- Maintain all contacts/leads/opportunities and record all sales activities in our CRM
- Move leads through the sales funnel by performing active follow-ups via calling, texting, emailing, and Linkedin
- Communicate and persuade warm leads using emails, phone calls
- Collaborate with sales executives to ensure the company's revenue targets are met

EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Over a decade of experience in project management, account management in the marketing or technology consulting sectors.
- Demonstrates a keen ability to foster and nurture robust working relationships with clients.
- Experienced in collaborating with distributed teams, with proficiency in effectively operating as a remote member within a dynamic, dispersed team while meeting stringent deadlines.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding environment, adept at handling diverse challenges, meeting deadlines, and interacting with a wide range of contacts.
- Excellent in both written and spoken English

Monthly Salary
- Base: PHP 30,000 to 50,000
