Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Content Creator with a passion for transforming podcast content into engaging multimedia formats for our online coaching business.

This part-time role, requiring 15 hours per week, is ideal for an individual experienced in using cutting-edge tools such as ChatGPT and Descript.

You will play a critical role in repurposing podcast episodes into a variety of content types to maximise our audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Repurposing: Listen to and repurpose podcast episodes into various content formats including, but not limited to, social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and video snippets.

Content Creation: Use ChatGPT to generate engaging text content and Descript for editing audio and video, ensuring all repurposed content maintains the integrity and essence of the original podcast.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our content team to brainstorm and implement innovative content strategies that align with our brand voice and audience preferences.

Quality Control: Ensure all content is of high quality, aligns with brand guidelines, and is optimised for search engines and social media platforms.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of repurposed content across platforms, providing insights and recommendations to improve reach and engagement.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience Required: Proven experience in content creation, specifically in repurposing audio and video content, with a portfolio showcasing your work.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using ChatGPT for generating textual content and Descript for audio/video editing. Familiarity with SEO best practices and social media platforms is essential.

Creative Flare: Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to capture the audience’s attention through various content formats.

Attention to Detail: Strong editing and proofreading abilities to ensure all content is error-free and aligns with our brand voice.
