JOB OVERVIEW

This job is for working with a successful mental health therapy private practice. You will be doing a variety of tasks, all of which will be taught or explained to you. This job will require someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, reliable, and very well-organized. Work hours are American time – from 9 am to 5 pm EST.


Qualifications:


? At least 2 years experience as a virtual assistant

? Professional, friendly, and flexible

? Preference given to those with experience in the medical/mental health field

? Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and handling confidential information

? Must have experience with customer service and be very comfortable with phone answering

? Possess excellent interpersonal skills; able to get along well with your coworkers

? Excellent English and communication skills (both verbal and written)

? Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work with limited micromanagement

? Have access to your own computer, internet, and smartphone


Pay:


Starting at $4 USD Per Hour

I am looking for a full-time employee (40 hours per week)

About Me:


I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in America. I have been providing counseling and therapy services for 12 years.

I attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. I then went on to attend the University of Georgia to obtain my Master of Social Work Degree.

I am passionate about helping and supporting my clients as they reach their desired treatment goals. I am a wife and mother to a 3-year-old daughter and 1-year-old son.
