We are currently seeking a Dispo/Relationship Agent to assist in our mission.

Responsibilities:

Calling Buyers: Reach out to potential buyers to gauge interest and foster relationships.
Gathering Buy Boxes/Building Buyers List: Compile information on properties available for purchase and maintain a database of potential buyers.
Scheduling Showings: Coordinate property viewings with interested buyers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Receiving Offers: Assist in facilitating offers and be in communication with your manager.

Requirements:

Good Service for Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner.
Fast Learner: Willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and support the overall success of the team.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
