Key Responsibilities:
Web Design: Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our agency and our clients, keeping SEO principles in mind.

Graphic Design: Create graphics for websites, including but not limited to banners, icons, and other visual elements.

Brand Development: Assist in developing and maintaining brand consistency across all web and graphic designs.

UI/UX Design: Focus on creating optimal user experiences through intuitive layout and navigation.

Content Updates: Regularly update websites with new graphics, photos, and content to keep them fresh and engaging.

Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly, as well as with the marketing team to align designs with strategic goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in both graphic design and web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and familiarity with web design tools (e.g., WordPress, Elementor).

Understanding of web development basics (HTML, CSS) to ensure designs can be effectively implemented.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to web design.

Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
