Affiliate/Inlfuencer Outreach Coordinator

What you’ll do:
Ongoing optimization and relationship-management of existing affiliate partners
Daily monitoring of trends and patterns from online marketing efforts
Partner with internal departments to ensure strict adherence to industry compliance and best practices
Work directly with the associated teams on payment terms, schedules and delivery, to ensure all affiliates are paid within the right time frame
Own communication with assigned ambassadors - ensure they are on top of deliverables, following contract requirements, and creating high quality content
Log all partner posts, noting date, view count, and post links on a daily basis
Contract a set number of creators on a weekly basis to meet business needs and goals
Daily outreach to potential creators via email and social DM’s
Daily communication among potential, new and existing affiliate partners
Documentation of content created by affiliate partners in designated creator folders


The ideal candidate has:
Proficient in English and can effectively communicate iRESTORE messaging and direction with little to no assistance
Ability and desire to remain current on social trends within the social media space (primarily Instagram and Tik tok)
Demonstrated ability to search, identify and help create eye catching content
Work in a face paced environment that is continually evolving to meet business needs
Ability to effectively negotiate with creators to join affiliate program through positive, friendly and well timed messaging
Effective time management skills to reach KPIs and daily messaging goals
Ability to manage large number of talent at one time
