Job Description

Lead Origin is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing who will be managing and operating the entire marketing sector of the agency. This individual is expected to be a key leader in the company and will be primarily responsible for developing marketing strategies and overseeing the execution of client campaigns by delivering relevant traffic to various digital properties. The role manages both paid advertising and non-paid advertising, as well as analyzing and developing strategies based on the clients' goals. You will be expected to have in-depth working experience with the various mediums of digital marketing including Search, Display, Social, Audio, and Video.

Job Responsibilities

• Consult with the business development team to determine client needs, preferences, direction and focus
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for clients
• Manage the schedule, calendar, and budget for digital marketing activities ensuring coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Utilize digital platforms and tools to identify and engage target audiences; track digital marketing performance; and produce regular digital marketing reports on those efforts (e.g., analytics, ROI, etc.)
• Guide staff with accessible, transparent and responsive processes and services to ensure assigned and requested tasks are completed in a timely, efficient and successful manner
• Find creative ways to deliver projects within assigned budgets and timeframes
• Ensure that digital marketing projects meet deadlines, and that messages are appropriate to targeted audiences, conform to defined company messaging, and are well-written, grammatically correct, and in AP/company style
• Write and/or edit marketing copy, as appropriate
• Understand that helping colleagues do their jobs more successfully helps the organization as a whole. Helps foster an atmosphere of open communication by providing superior internal customer service to improve morale, productivity, employee retention, external customer service and, ultimately, profitability

Qualifications

• Detailed work experience driving and designing digital media campaigns
• Experience leading and driving a fully-functional digital ad budget
• Comfortability in managing multiple client strategies with regards to planning, execution, and testing
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of direct reports
• Advanced level of knowledge in the common tools and technologies used in Digital Marketing
• 5+ years of managing digital marketing strategies
• At least 3 years of experience in Google Ads & Paid Social Media Ads
• Proficiency in web design applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and Figma
• Experience in SEO (on-page, offsite & technical)
• Agency management experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
