The Role
The Client Services Administrator will play a pivotal role in coordinating all aspects of client service, acquisition, and management and also coordinating the general administration of the business. This diverse position combines general administration duties, team support, and the opportunity to make a difference in helping others.
We're seeking someone who thrives on independence, someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, and is genuinely passionate about providing exceptional support to clients and our team. Collaboration is key, so being a team player is essential.

The role offers flexibility, allowing for either full-time or part-time hours, providing a balanced and adaptable work-life dynamic.

In the role you will:
- Coordinate client delivery, managing timelines and acting as a key liaison between staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage the project management system (Upgrade to see actual info)
- Handle communication channels, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and efficient resolution of inquiries.
- Assist in new client set-ups and preparing engagement letters.
- Maintain and manage the CRM system (Hubspot), ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Foster positive relationships through both telephone and virtual interactions with clients and external parties.

- General administration duties, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
- Provide office and team support as required, contributing to a cohesive and efficient work environment.

Key Competencies
The ideal candidate will possess a friendly and engaging demeaner, combined with experience in most or all aspects of the position. Additionally, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- Proactive and self-motivated approach, demonstrating the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills, enabling efficient management of multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with Upgrade to see actual info is highly preferable
- Independent thinker, capable of problem-solving and making sound decisions.
- Client-focused mindset, displaying a willingness to assist and a positive attitude in all interactions
- Experience with MS Office, Outlook, Teams/Zoom, and a CRM system.
