We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting in our client's business.

The client owns the helm of a dynamic business, and he's on the lookout for a virtual assistant to provide invaluable support in managing emails, calendars, client interactions, and administrative processes.

As the Executive Assistant, you will be the linchpin in ensuring the smooth operation of the business.
Here are the key responsibilities:


Email
Management:
-Sort and manage emails, identifying priorities and assisting with responses as needed.
-Maintain a well-organized email system for efficient communication.

Calendar Management:
-Take charge of the client's calendar, scheduling and organizing appointments with precision.
-Ensure timely reminders and updates to keep the schedule running seamlessly.

Client Onboarding:
-Facilitate the client onboarding process, ensuring a positive and smooth experience.
-Liaise with clients as needed, providing necessary information and support.

Invoicing with Xero:
-Utilize Xero for generating and sending invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
-Maintain a systematic approach to invoicing for financial clarity.

Detail-Oriented Support:
-Exhibit a keen eye for detail in all tasks, from managing emails to invoicing.
-Assist the client in maintaining a high level of accuracy in all administrative processes.

Effective Communication:
-Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Act as a bridge between the client and external parties, ensuring clear and concise communication.

BENEFITS:

-We are looking for long-term VAs, so aside from the base rate, there will be a pay rise of Php1,000.00 quarterly.
-A day shift job in a work-from-home setting.
-Works Monday to Friday, 8 hrs. a day including lunch break.
-4 weeks of paid holidays and Sick Leave
