JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Real Estate Assistant to provide administrative support to our brokerage. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing various tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, posting on social media platforms, and other administrative duties as assigned. This is a full-time remote position suitable for individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of real estate operations.

Responsibilities:

Answering Phone Calls and Emails:
Respond promptly to phone calls and emails from clients, prospects, and colleagues.
Provide information, schedule appointments, and address inquiries effectively and professionally.

Social Media Management:
Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.

Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, documents, and reports as needed.

Listing Management:
Assist with listing coordination tasks, including uploading listings to the MLS, updating property information, and coordinating photography and videography.

Communication:
Communicate with clients to provide updates on listings, schedule showings, and gather feedback.
Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and provide assistance as needed.
Assist with transaction coordination tasks, including preparing and organizing documents, coordinating inspections, and facilitating communication between parties.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with real CRM systems (training would be provided).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.

Working Conditions:
Full Time position Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:00pm EST (Eastern Standard Time- located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate client appointments and deadlines.
Start Date: We will be starting interviews the second week of March after reviewing resumes that come in. After the first round of interviews, we will be conducting a second round of interviews before selecting a candidate. Approximate start date would be in April after all interviews have been completed

Salary: Our maximum salary would be $1,000 Canadian Dollars a month, and the agreed upon amount will be based on candidate experience with a 6 month review opportunity in the first year.
