With a strong listener base, we broadcast our weekly episodes across all major platforms, including a dedicated YouTube channel. Our mission is to provide valuable content that empowers our audience with knowledge of the Scottish real estate market.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Podcast/Video Editor to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at producing high-quality audio and video content for our podcast and its associated channels. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about creating engaging content, has a knack for storytelling, and possesses a good understanding of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Download the main podcast recording from Dropbox, performing minimal editing, and adding intros and outros.
Craft engaging episode descriptions and catchy headlines.
Upload episodes to Buzzsprout for podcast distribution.
Post videos on our YouTube channel.
Design episode graphics using Canva templates.
Produce multiple reels for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, including writing descriptions and selecting hashtags. Familiarity with AI tools and Opus clip preferred.
Schedule regular content across various platforms using Hootsuite to ensure consistency and audience growth.
Manage weekly email campaigns to podcast subscribers via MailChimp.
Process invoices using Quickfile accounting software (training provided).
Qualifications:

Experience in audio and video editing, with a portfolio or samples of past work.
Proficient in video editing software, Canva, Mailchimp, and a strong understanding of social media platforms.
Ability to work flexibly Monday to Friday within UK time zones for better communication.
A keen interest in real estate and podcasting is a plus.
