JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there,

My name is Josh and I’m the founder of Monen, Inc, a growing digital marketing agency based in Central Texas.

I am looking to hire a Project Manager to support me and my team as we grow. I’m looking for someone who can take the ideas and projects I come up with and make them happen.

I want to be able to tell my Project Manager what the outcome/finished project should look like, and then turn the reins over to them to manage all the moving parts of the project to ensure we hit our deadlines.

The right candidate for this role will be proficient in English and have a good reliable internet connection. They will also be an expert at Asana and/or ClickUp, as this is the project management tool I’d like us to set up and use.

Right now we’re using several different tools like: Trello, Nozbe and Google Sheets. However we have dUpgrade to see actual info to run everything out of ONE tool and that tool will be Asana or ClickUp.

Right now this position is part-time but as we grow I could see this being a full-time role in the next 3-6 months.

And I realize no one person can handle every task, so I certainly won’t put that expectation on you.

*** However, I am hiring for these responsibilities: ***

- Ensure our client projects get executed on time.
- Creating and managing our projects and tasks in Asana or ClickUp.
- Schedule meetings and follow-up with clients by email.
- Coordinate closely with freelancers, including: copywriters, graphic designers, website developers, virtual assistants; and assigning tasks and following up on progress/
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.

*** Requirements ***

- FLUENT ENGLISH IS NECESSARY
- AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH ASANA or ClickUp.
- Must be able to work at least 4-5 hours a day, Mon-Fri between 8am-5pm CST.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly within the digital marketing or related field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable in a liaison role between teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients (freelancers are based in different time zones)
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.


*** Workload & Time Frame ***

I would like to start vetting candidates immediately, and the effective start date
would be as soon as we find the right person.

I would like to begin with a paid trial period of 2-4 weeks. This will give us both a chance to see whether we’re a good fit.

I’m looking for a long-term teaUpgrade to see actual infomber, and I would like to continue to expand your role (without overwhelming you). I have a high value for order, systems and organization. My goal is to have my business run like a well-oiled machine so that there aren’t a lot of surprises or unexpected stressful things happening.

*** Other Things You Should Know ***

I typically work from 8am to 5pm Central Time (I live in the Austin, Texas area).
We have four young children, so I try not to work at night or on the weekends.

I rarely send emails late at night, but when I do, I do not expect for you to
respond until we’re back in your agreed-upon hours or availability. However, if I message you during the day I do expect a quick response. We can also use Slack to communicate during the day.

You can take personal time when you need it. However, I would like to know
well in advance so that I can plan accordingly. It’s really important to me to maintain a consistent, positive experience for clients and customers, and we will need to make sure someone is always on call and available for them.
