Call Center Manager and Integration Expert

Hi there … this is NOT a cold calling job posting!!! my business works with businesses to call leads and book appointments for them. Currently, we are using CallTools to dial leads but we are not using it in the most efficient way. Looking for someone who has expertise setting up and administering CallTools (or similar Dialer software) to make our integration tighter with our GHL CRM using Zapier.

Also, looking for assistance implementing better call sequences and best practices inside of CallTools (or similar). Finally, we are not using the SMS texting feature in CallTools and would like to get this setup or switch to another file that supports both calling and texting with local presence.

Is it possible to use local presence for sms text so it localizes the outbound SMS texting using the closest match local phone number? We own over 250 regional US numbers that can support both calling and SMS texting.

*** If there is a better dialer software that we should be using then we are open to change if CallTools cannot support both local presence calling and SMS texting. Let’s talk about it.

Bonus: we would like someone to look over our call center team and manage them to increase output.
