Job Description
The Executive/Personal / Assistant will manage and perform tasks as follows:
• Organising and circulating meeting minutes, taking phone calls on behalf of the Client
and writing reports.
• Organizing travel and accommodation as required.
• Other duties to include controlling access to client assisting with everyday tasks as
directed to do.
• Engaging, liaising respectfully, attentively, proactively, and responsively to C-Level and senior
management personnel
• Liaising with other teams both locally and internationally to get tasks completed.
• Digital marketing material design and social media marketing implementation.
• Provide support at meetings, events, and other networking opportunities.
• Research, generate and lists of potential customers.
• Chasing up new enquiries, prospective clients, and carrying out the relevant follow ups.
• Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature.
• Assist in developing new client relationships and retain existing accounts.
• Capturing task reminders for “The Principal” and ensuring all such tasks are completed within
the defined timeline.
• Project & Task Management using tools to include Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project,
PMPplanner
• Undertake and deliver various ad hoc tasks efficiently, accurately, and promptly.

• Self-starter, able to work on own initiative both remotely or onsite but still able to deliver or
complete tasks as assigned.
• Highly motivated, determined, focused, ambitious, fast at solving problems and able to think on
your feet.
• Excellent Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, interpersonal skills, presentational and communication skills.
• Intermediate or average use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft products.
• A minimum of 2-years’ experience undertaking the above tasks and a university degree is preferred.
• Hungry, very motivated, driven to continuously achieve results and be rewarded for it.
• The ideal candidate must like challenges, problem solving, committed, dedicated and loyal.

WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS :

- Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
- Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
- Laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher).
- Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
- Headset with microphone for clear communication.
- Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
- Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
- Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
