Lead Intake Manager

Our Client in Austin TX, with a robust background since 2014, seeks a lead intake manager to assist countless homeowners in swift and seamless property transactions.

Niche: Single Family Residential Property in Austin, TX, and surroundings.

Skills Required:
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Excellent US Accent; Spanish is a plus)
* 1 year of previous experience as an LM, or similar responsibility (ie: inbound/outbound call center)
* Exceptional telephone skills, adept at setting and closing appointments
* Quick learner, ability to internalize scripts and dialogues
* Patience, adherence to processes, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
* Technological competence is crucial
* Coachable team player with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Demonstrable success against quotas

Tools: Proficiency in FollowUp Boss, CallRail, and Google Sheets; MLS experience is advantageous.

Hourly Rate: $8 to $12 USD, depending on experience.
