Job Title: Accountant Virtual Assistant

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accounting, CPA preferred but not required
• Has US Accounting experience
• Has 3+ years total experience in Accounting/Finance
• Proficient in QuickBooks
• Proficient in Tax Dome Software
• Leadership experience a plus

Job Description:

As an Accountant Virtual Assistant at HYPR Service, you will be responsible for managing the company's finances, including billing clients and presenting financial reports to executives. Additional responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Handling accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling bank statements and financial data
• Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring
• Conducting financial analysis and forecasting
• Providing administrative support to the finance department
• Collaborating with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure financial compliance and accuracy

Technical Requirements:

• Backup Internet Connection (any alternative connection such as backup location in case of issues with main internet provider)
