Sales Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Assistant to support our sales team in reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and assisting with various sales-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple outreach channels effectively.
Responsibilities:
Set a daily goal for the number of outreach emails to send, ensuring consistent and proactive engagement with potential clients.

Email past clients to maintain relationships, gather feedback, and explore opportunities for additional sales or referrals.
Reach out to current clients to provide updates, offer additional services, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
Follow up with past leads that did not book, re-engaging them and exploring ways to convert them into clients.

Email realtors, local partners, showrooms, other designers, friends, and family to expand our network and generate referrals.
Send cold outreach emails or letters to businesses you haven't worked with before, including builders, carpenters, realtors, architects, landscape designers, and art galleries.
Assist the Sales Director with materials preparation and administrative tasks as needed.
Handle Houzz leads and manage template emails to streamline the lead management process and ensure timely follow-up.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the interior design industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in email communication and CRM software (e.g., Houzz, Salesforce).
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Sales or customer service experience in the interior design industry is a plus.
