VA for Australian Agency

At SheCEO Virtual Assistant Agency we are consistently searching for virtual assistants for part-time and full-time roles. Salary: 280PHP per hour. PLUS 13th Month Bonus.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will work for our clients who predominantly have service-based businesses. You will be responsible for working heavily within CRM systems, website amendments, customer care, graphic design, social media content, daily operations, general admin, marketing, and so on. It will be suited to the client/s businesses.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- CRM & website work: landing pages, workflows, funnels, emails, etc.
- Graphic design: social media content, fliers, advertisements, etc.
- weekly meetings with our VA Agency as requested
- adhere to our Agency's technology and privacy policies and procedures

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- strong experience creating graphic design content is a MUST
- strong CRM skills is a MUST
- extensive experience with canva, instagram and video creation apps
- exceptional English speaking and writing skills
- experience as a VA for small businesses (Australian businesses is desirable, but not essential)
- excellent time-management and organisation
- excellent attention to detail
- friendly and welcoming
- initiative-driven and confident to bring forth suggestions to the client about their business operations
