Who We Are
We are a rapidly growing company located in the USA that provides White Label web development and SEO services to digital marketing agencies. We work with agencies all over the world but mostly focus on English based business.
The Position
We are looking for a Website Developer
R3VS, LLC is excited to expand our website development team with the addition of a new Website Developer. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in being an integral part of our high-functioning VA Team. Our agency is committed to providing robust training, so while specific skills are not a prerequisite, some experience in web development, especially with Divi, is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Build websites using Divi templates, ensuring high-quality standards.
Develop custom websites with a keen eye for detail.
Continuously learn and implement best practices for building websites with excellent on-page SEO.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot website issues.
Collaborate effectively with other web developers and our SEO team to complete assigned tasks.
Maintain clear and timely communication with the team lead and other tea
Exhibit strong English skills. (Advance C2 Mastery or above)
Efficiently manage tasks assigned through
Maintain a high level of communication with other staff members. (Slack and Zoom)
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Manage time with extreme efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web developers and SEO Specialists to ensure keyword targeting is done correctly
End of day progress reporting
Other tasks that may be related to the role and/or for professional advancement
Qualifications:
Ability to follow precise instructions including how to apply for this job (Required)
Proficiency in English.(Required)
Previous experience with WordPress and Divi theme builder preferred.
HTML, JavaScript, CSS proficiency (Desired)
PHP coding (Desired)
Graphic Design Skills (Desired)
Strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple web builds simultaneously.
A strong desire to learn and acquire new skills in web development.
Ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently and within set deadlines.(Required)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with tea
A team player who can integrate well with other staff members (Required)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously (Required)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (required)
Ability to learn new systems/ processes quickly
Be committed to learn and continue to grow with the business over time
Self driven and able to work without immediate supervision

What We Require:
Full-time hours (40 hours a week)
Ability to work with EST time zone with zero issues.
Great internet connection
Native English speaker or Excellent proficiency
Strategic Thought - Process & A strong ability to prioritize tasks/initiatives
