YouTube Thumbnail Designer - Full Time and Long Term

Hi, I'm Zachary and we're hiring a full-time, long-term thumbnail designer at our company, Creator Service Co.

We are a content production company focused on telling great stories through video editing. Our main goal is to produce awesome YouTube videos for our clients, so your role as a Thumbnail Designer is an important part of how we help them reach their audience! We’re a young company with many opportunities to grow in our organization.

Requirements:
- Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator is a bonus)
- Previous YouTube Thumbnail Design Experience (Understanding of CTR and YouTube trends is a bonus)
- Solid Internet Connection (Please include a screenshot of your speedtest.net scores in your application)

Recommended Skills:
- Fluent in English.
- Organized and manages time well.
- Detail-oriented.
- Great communicator.

Responsibilities:
- Designing concepts and thumbnails for YouTube videos.
- Upload images to Upgrade to see actual info and make revisions and changes promptly for clients.

You’ll be responsible for creating two eye catching and engaging thumbnails per video with the purpose to increase the YouTube videos Click Through Rate.
