Social Media Growth Hacker / Manager / Expert

i am an online fitness coach with 500 000+ instagram followers (all genuine, no fake or paid followers)

i have a team working with/for me, including my 24-year old sister, and we are looking to hire a new member:
- a social media manager to take our organic social media content (instagram, youtube shorts, tiktok, facebook) to the NEXT level.

i already have a team/system to create content on all platforms consistently, but i need someone with ninja skills and out-of-the-box thinking to turn our linear growth into EXPONENTIAL growth.

if you join our team, you will be required to multitask and wear different hats. i am looking to work with someone for the long-term so if you just want a job for a few months, please do NOT waste my time applying.

starting pay: $3-4USD per hour depending on experience

your working hours will be roughly 8-11am and 8-11pm to maximize the overlaps with the waking window of americans and europeans.

in order to help us achieve exponential social media growth, you need to have proven social media growth/success/track record

you also need to be highly organized - and write and think like a native english speaker

BONUS if you have:
- health and fitness experience/knowledge/passion
- photoshop or video-editing experience
