Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to maintain our financial records using QuickBooks Online and Upgrade to see actual info. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience with these platforms.

Responsibilities:

Record day-to-day financial transactions
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements
Prepare financial reports
Assist with budget preparation
Process payroll
Calculate COGS


Requirements:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper
Experience working with Ecommerce Brands
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Upgrade to see actual info
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
