Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated E-commerce VA / Project Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our online store's operations, focusing on creating marketing calendars, executing tasks within Shopify, utilizing ChatGPT for asset creation, and conducting daily performance reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, project management skills, and the ability to delegate tasks effectively to ensure timely project completion. Communication and stakeholder management are key to this role, as you will act as the primary liaison between the project team and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Calendar Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and manage comprehensive marketing calendars that align with our sales goals and promotional strategies.
Shopify Management: Execute various tasks on Shopify, including creating discounts, promotions, downloading and managing apps, and ensuring the online store operates smoothly and efficiently.
Utilize ChatGPT: Leverage ChatGPT to create assets such as calendars, marketing materials, and other project-related documents.
Daily Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on the daily performance of the e-commerce platform, analyzing key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, delegation, scheduling, and adjusting project scopes as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
Communication and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the project team and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and management of expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce project management or as a virtual assistant with a focus on e-commerce platforms.
Strong understanding of Shopify, including its functionalities and how to optimize its use for business growth.
Proficiency in using ChatGPT for creating marketing and project management assets.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively and follow up to ensure completion.
