Job Title: Account Manager & Product Trainer (Part-Time)

Location: Remote

Salary: $2.50/hour with potential increase after 3-month review

Hours: Up to 20 hours per week with the potential to become full-time in 2-3 months

Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Account Manager & Product Trainer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our new clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are fully versed in our products and services, facilitating a smooth onboarding process and fostering long-term success.

Job Description:

We will train you using our software so you can be confident as you train others. As an Account Manager & Product Trainer, you will be pivotal in managing and conducting onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, webinars, and product demos. You will be responsible for understanding our customers' context, overseeing their goals, and providing tailored product information to serve those goals best. Your mission will be to educate our customers and collaborate with the team to optimize their product setup for the quickest path to success.

Teaching and/or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Guide new customers through the onboarding process, creating a positive experience.
Ensure customers are onboarded quickly and efficiently.
Understand customer context and oversee goals.
Provide detailed product information.
Educate customers on how to best utilize our services.
Work with the team to optimize product setup for customers.
Conduct sales handovers, software configuration, customer training, onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, product demos, and webinars.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in problem-solving.
Experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
Familiarity with SAAS platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive approach to handling tasks and challenges.
