Job Description:
FirmOS is on the lookout for a Sales Manager, a sales leader to guide our sales efforts towards success. If you excel in hitting sales goals and crafting effective strategies, we want you on our team.

Desired Outcomes & Goals of the Role:
90-day goals:
- Attend weekly internal meetings to stay aligned with team objectives.
- Focus on learning about diverse target audiences through ongoing training and onboarding.
- Your primary responsibility will be securing high-ticket offers on 12-month retainers for our clients.
- You will be evaluated based on key performance indicators (KPIs) including closing rate and average revenue per client targets.
- Embrace continuous learning to improve sales skills.

Skills You'll Need:
- Time Management: Attend all meetings and ensure all sales calls are being recorded, providing at least 24-hour notice if unavailable.
- Lead Engagement: Actively follow up with existing leads, monitor sales activities and organizing your leads within our CRM systems.
- Script Refinement: Skilled in following sales scripts with the flexibility to adjust for more personalized engagement.
Adaptive Sales Techniques: Capable of modifying sales strategies to align with industry dynamics.
- Data Driven: Uses sales results to see what’s working, so you can do more of what sells.
Quick and Proactive Learner: Quick to learn and actively seeks new knowledge to stay updated with industry trends and meet client needs.
- Disciplined and Detail Orientated: Pays close attention to details, keeps accurate records, follows scripts, and analyzes data thoroughly to improve performance.
