Entrepreneur's Virtual Assistant

This position offers flexibility in the working hours. It is a full time position, but if the work load requires additional hours I will likely approve. Likewise, if you are looking for additional hours we can collaborate to help each other.

The ideal candidate will possess the following
Soft Skills:
Excellent Written Communication.
Ability to deduce and extract information to determine the essence of an assignment.
A person who enjoys working and gives work priority in most situations.
A passion for being creative. Ability to make an effort and attempt to create an image or graphic based on a limited or simple understanding.
Ability to collect information, make deductions from previous experience, and self evaluate to constantly deliver a better result.
Ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines, importance, and access to information.

Hard Skills/Hardware:
Ability to create and curate social media posts.
Video editing experience for internal training videos and customer facing marketing materials.
An understanding of programs to include Dropbox, Slack, Hubstaff, Google Workspace, TalentLMS & Trello to name a few.

Assigned tasks may include the following:
Organizing, updating, tracking & alerting me to emails.
Assist with Customer Support.
Social media post creation.
Social media posting across accounts.
Social Media promoting: finding followers, engaging with other group pages, promoting services, etc.
Blog writing for various websites.
Video editing.
Data entry as required.
Daily emailed review.
Weekly video call check-in.

Prior to hiring, considered candidates will be required to complete a few simple, sample assignments to prove quality or work, ability to understand assigned tasks, and demonstrate communication skills.
Additionally, considered candidates will be required to complete one or more personality tests and an IQ test.
Lastly, considered candidates will complete a video interview via Zoom, BlueJeans, or similar.

Position is full time.
