Part Time Medical Chart Triage & Customer Support Emails

Hello, we are looking for someone with medical chart experience.

Lab experience a plus.

Please DO NOT apply if you are not diligent and do not have a strong attention to detail.

The part time position is from 9am EST - 1pm M-F.

• You will be inside the patient portal summarizing charts using chat gpt, and sending them to the doctors, tagging them to help organize them.

• You will also be assisting with checking voicemails and emailing back to help with what was needed in the voice mail.
