We're on the lookout for a talented individual to join our growing team and collaborate with our experienced lead designer. This is an opportunity to learn and grow alongside an experienced designer who has a full plate, needs help, and is eager to bring you on board.

You will be responsible for creating visually appealing marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand's message to our target audience. A successful candidate should possess a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a desire to understand and learn more about marketing principles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and design marketing collateral, including social media graphics, email campaigns, digital ads, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing objectives and develop design solutions that align with those objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques, as well as industry developments and changes.
Ensure all design work is consistent with brand guidelines and maintains a high level of quality

What we are looking for:

A portfolio of work that includes several modern approaches, demonstrating versatility and flexibility.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and AI software such as Midjourney.
A strong understanding of marketing principles and branding.
Expertise in creating video animations, video editing, and printing.
Must-have good English and strong general written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
