Real Estate Assistant for Top Producing Team

**WE ARE HIRING:
Established in 2012, The Living In Wine Country Real Estate Group is looking to hire 1-2 assistants to perform a variety of daily business, transactional, and marketing tasks. We are a top-producing team in wine country. We have 2 lead agents who have 25+ years of combined experience. Our operations, marketing, and home staging teaUpgrade to see actual infombers have been working together for the last 6 years. Over the last 6 years, we have averaged around 40 transactions a year.
-We are located in the Pacific Time Zone (PST) (in California, United States)

**OVERVIEW:
- MUST HAVE Real Estate experience (California Real Estate Preferred).
- EXCELLENT communicator, fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
- CONSISTENT self-starter, leader and out-of-the-box thinking and creator mindset.
- FOCUSED on automation and then scaling the business to the next level.
- Looking to fill 1-2 full-time roles. Starting hours around 9am-5pm PST Monday - Friday.
- If/when the 2+ roles are filled, we can stager hours. Real estate is a lifestyle choice and we work long hours. Our team sometimes works on files from as early as 6am to 9pm PST every day of the week. So having a couple of shifts that overlap, will create support on long days, yet an overlap of hours so we can still communicate as a team and support each other.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Email, calendar, drive, CRM management (Compass Tools)
- General business tasks
- Transaction management tasks
- Technology, windows PC computer systems, troubleshooting and internet research
- Social media content research, creation, and scheduling
- Daily email/text/video & phone check-ins with the team

**SYSTEMS WE USE:
- Google & Microsoft Products
- Compass real estate platform
- Zipforms / Glide / Upgrade to see actual info / Docusign
- MLS (baries)
- SmartSuite
- Youtube, facebook, linkedin, instagram, and more
- Jotform

**TECHNOLOGY AND WHAT YOU PROVIDE:
- Strong internet connection
- Laptop and/or desktop computer in good working condition
- Audio/talk & video capabilities
- Secure network/computer/internet. and can use a VPN for extra security.

**WHAT WE PROVIDE:
- Base pay $5 USD an hour, 40 hours a week is standard here in the USA.
- Bonuses (once you are fully trained and working independently).
- Paid weekly during the training period. Then switched to the 1st & 15th of each month.
- Bonus holiday pay.
- Shared access to future online courses/education for continued lifelong learning.
- When the team does well, we all do well!
