Social Media Manager

Our firm is seeking a creative, innovative, and experienced social media manager with SEO experience who can enhance our company’s brand, promote our company’s image and services through social media platforms. The candidate must have a background in incorporating SEO with social media and website. We are aggressively expanding and looking for a high-level social media manager to design and implement our social media marketing campaign. This campaign will be tailored towards brand awareness and lead generation.


This role involves content creation, brand development, customer engagement, ad spend/marketing, and analytics reporting. The ideal candidate should be proficient in optimizing social media algorithms to enhance audience engagement and drive business objectives. This is a full-time salaried position. Pay will be issued bi-monthly. This is a long-term position with opportunity for bonuses, and salary increase.


Key Responsibilities and Duties:
-Consult with management to Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy and plan.
-Plan, create, and publish original, high-quality content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
-Manage social media accounts for multiple sites and brands
-Create short-format videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and similar platforms
-Upload several videos/posts per day
-Monitor communication and engagement on various social media platforms
- Grow follower and subscriber base on social media platforms
- Monitor daily and weekly analytics of visitors to our social media pages
- Utilize marketing metrics in order to meet daily and weekly marketing goals
- Track relevant influencer posts and adopt effective strategies
- Interact with various organizations and people to promote our image
- Publishes day-to-day social media and marketing content across all social media platforms in accordance with a set schedule
-Video editing
- Creating and editing content across social media platforms
- Tests creative promotional strategies at low cost that will maximize traffic and engagement with the company image and brand
- Generate reports based on ascertained results from social media and marketing
-Create blog post
-Create content for podcast
-Participate in weekly video calls to reflect on and analyze metrics and success of campaign results.
-Adjust marketing plan accordingly.
-Creating newsletters
-Creating email marketing campaigns
-Updating website and blog/vlog posts


Qualifications and Requirements:
-Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
-Skilled in graphic design, copywriting, and overall creating engaging social media content
-Solid experience with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
-Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
-Knowledge of online marketing channels and best practices.
-Understanding of GoHigherLevel, Asana, ActiveCampaign, Phonesites and Zapier to assist in content creation and lead generation. -Recommendations of other software/tools to assist your tasks will be considered.
-Knowledge of Wordpress and/or Groovepages
-Provide portfolio of previous marketing efforts and content creation.
-Fluency in English (excellent spoken and written skills)
-Proficiency in video editing software and tools
-Ability to schedule and attend meetings with management during specified hours
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines


-MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 years of experience as a social media manager is REQUIRED


Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time (US)
