WOMAN ONLY - Ecommerce Virtual Assistant

We are looking for an amazing personal assistant for our agency/ portfolio of e-commerce brands.

I'm not here looking for someone to micro-manage, but instead im looking for someone who can help me and i can also help them.

This role is NOT easy. We are building something great and we're going to be dominating the ecommerce industry very soon.

You'll be coming into a start-up and have full freedom to build these beginning systems however you see fit.

And you'll have a small team of hyper-focused, hard-working professionals around you.

Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, and social media. Maintain professionalism and positivity in all interactions, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Administrative Tasks: Manage scheduling, email correspondence, document preparation, and other administrative duties to support the team. Efficiently handle day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, coordinating with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and tracking progress to ensure timely completion. Maintain detailed project documentation for team reference.

Systems and Operating Procedures: Help implement and maintain operating systems and procedures, including inventory management, order processing, and CRM software. Suggest improvements to streamline operations for increased efficiency.

EXPERIENCE: Must have ecommerce or shopify experience and must be willing and ready to learn.
