Position: Remote - Wired Telecom Order and Support Specialist
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM US EST (GMT-5)

Key Responsibilities:
Service Quotation: Generate accurate quotes for telecom services based on client needs and available solutions.
Order Placement: Execute service orders meticulously, ensuring client specifications are fully addressed.
Order Oversight: Manage the order lifecycle from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring timely updates and coordination.
Billing and Support: Address billing queries and offer superior customer support, resolving concerns efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Essential Requirements:
English Proficiency: Exceptional command of English, both in verbal and written communication.
Internet Reliability: A dependable internet connection is crucial for remote work engagements and video calls with a backup ISP is preferred
Industry Experience: Previous employment with leading US Telecom providers such as Verizon, AT&T, Comcast is mandatory.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with a quick adaptability to telecom-specific technologies.
