Job Details:
The Social Media Ad Manager is a crucial role within our team, responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across a range of platforms. This position requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to craft compelling ad content that drives engagement and conversions while achieving maximum ROI for our clients.


Responsibilities:

-Design and implement social media ad campaigns that align with client goals and Revolution Management's strategic objectives.
-Ability to utilize the following ad servicing platforms: Google, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, and have the versatility to utilize other platforms.
-The targeting of ads will vary depending on client needs, whether their money is spent on sales, social media growth, web traffic, etc.; versatility here is also a must.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for client growth.
-Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure ad content is engaging, brand-consistent, and optimized for conversion.
-Manage budgets and ad spending with a focus on maximizing ROI for clients.
-Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
-Stay up-to-date with new trends and tools in social media advertising to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

-Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
-Proven experience managing social media advertising campaigns, with a portfolio of successful case studies.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms, ad targeting techniques, and analytics tools.
-Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
-Creative growth mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
