Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Data Specialist to join one of our VIP client's dynamic marketing team.The Marketing Data Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our marketing databases,enhancing the accuracy of contact profiles, and supporting data-driven decision-making by pulling, analyzing, and reporting marketing data. This role is instrumental in helping us understand customer behavior and preferences,improve campaign targeting, and drive the success of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:
• Maintain and update the marketing database with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Regularly cleanse and deduplicate data to ensure data integrity.
• Implement data quality standards and best practices to improve database hygiene.

Contact Profile Enhancement:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enrich contact profiles with relevant information, including firmographic and
demographic
• Upgrade to see actual informant and categorize contacts based on their interactions and attributes.

CRM Tagging:
• Create and manage custom tags within the CRM system to facilitate segmentation and tracking of marketing efforts.
• Ensure consistent application of tags to categorize leads, prospects, and customers.

Data Reporting:
• Extract, aggregate, and analyze marketing data to create actionable insights and reports.
• Generate performance reports for various marketing campaigns, helping the team make data-driven decisions.

Data Integrity & Compliance:
• Maintain compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
• Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.

Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline data-related processes for greater efficiency.
• Suggest and implement improvements to data collection and management Upgrade to see actual infosired

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in data visualization tools
• Understanding of SQL and database administration
• Experience with email marketing platforms and analytics
• Expertise in Google Sheets
• Proficiency as a user of Go High Level CRM

Technical Requirements:
• Laptop/PC (processor must be i3 and above, at least Windows 10)
• Wired Internet Connection (speed must be above 20 Mbps both DL and UL)
• Backup Computer (any computer you can use immediately in case your main PC fails)
• Backup Internet (any internet source/backup location you can connect to in case your main internet has an issue)
• USB Noise-cancelling Headset
• Webcam
