Job Title: IT Project Architect
Offer: PHP 180k per month Non Taxable
Note: This is under a freelance contract so there will be NO Benefits and NO HMO.
Working Hours: TBD but it will be Fulltime Graveyard Shift (WFH Set Up)


About the Role: Reporting to the Director of Project Architecture and Delivery under the Professional Services umbrella, Project Architect is a pre-sales role focused on designing solutions for a wide variety of infrastructure, cloud, and consulting projects. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic professional with a well-round technical skill set as well as a strong business acumen.

What You’ll Do:

Artfully articulate and discuss the entirety of the Dataprise Reference Architecture.
Interface with our prospects and customers to determine technical requirements, feasibility, and expectations.
Strategize with prospects to architect a winning solution based on a variety of criteria, including business objectives, functionality, scalability, futureproofing, and cost.
Ability to translate customer goals and business drivers into a clear well defined solution that meets customer requirements.
Create detailed and accurate Statements of Work (SOW) that allow Professional Services teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to implement the architected solution.
Partner with internal sales and operations teams to provide support for pre/post sales activities, such as product demonstrations, webinars and/or presentations, solution designs, proofs of concept, total cost of ownership, ROI analysis, etc.
Translate complex technical concepts to easily understood “value” discussions which address both business drivers and client benefits.
Provide technical sales support during the pre- and post-sale phases.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, with non-linear project phases, while maintaining an appropriate availability to deliver well-designed solutions on time and within budget.

What Skills & Experience You’ll Need:

You have worked for a Managed Service Provider (MSP), a Professional Services organization, or both.
You have several years of experience working as a system administrator, network engineer, or similar position; OR you have several years of experience working in a consultant capacity where you provided recommendations that supported desired business outcomes.
You have experience across an IT lifecycle consisting of pre-sales, consulting, architecture, and design.
You have previously worked as a Solution Architect or Sales Engineer and have a clear methodology for performing requirements gathering, analyzing business requirements, and tailoring a custom product and solutions.
You have proven that you can influence the definition of technical strategies and design solutions.
You have broad expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and/or IT consulting, with at least two focus areas:
Networking: Cisco, SonicWALL, Fortigate
Storage: EMC, Compellent, Equallogic
Virtualization: VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix, VDI
Security: IDS, SEIM, MFA
Microsoft Suite: Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory
Cloud: Azure, AWS, Office365
IT Compliance Standards: HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOX, FSMA, GDRP
IT Governance Frameworks: ISO, ITIL, COBIT, Calder-Moir
You previously have worked responding to RFP’s, RFI’s, and RFQ’s for both commercial and government contracts.
You are experienced in writing Statements of Work and appropriately determining pricing for hardware, software, services, and labor.
You have previously worked in a similar fast-paced, deadline-driven position.
